Delivery Locations And Price List

Our products are all made fresh the day of and hand-delivered by an amazing local courier service. The cost goes solely to the courier company and is their rate. Our delivery areas include:

Delivery Window

Our daily delivery times are between 10am and 5pm. You can select one of our delivery windows (10am -1pm or 1pm-5pm) at checkout. Please note that these are just windows and due to traffic, weather or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may arrive slightly out of your delivery window. If you require early morning delivery we suggest placing the order or the day before and keeping refrigerated until you need it. (note: Our products are freshest day-of, we will not be responsible if the product isn’t at peak freshness the following day. If you are purchasing and storing overnight, please let us know in the notes so we can package appropriately to try and preserve freshness overnight) or we recommend picking up the morning from our kitchen.

You must be in to accept your delivery. Our products are fresh and therefore need to be refrigerated immediately following delivery. You must provide your phone number for the courier to get in contact with you upon arrival. 

 If no one is in, your order will be left at your door. It is your responsibility to refrigerate the product once dropped off. If you live in a condo and the item cannot be left at the door then there is nothing we can do. The product cannot be brought back to our kitchen once it has left. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU OR SOMEONE IS HOME TO RECEIVE THE DELIVERY. If the item is purchased for a gift, it is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure the recipient is home for the delivery window and that we are provided with the recipient’s phone number for the driver to call them upon arrival. Daily Palette cannot accept liability for products spoiled due to missed deliveries.

The Deadline for delivery address submission to Daily Palette is strictly 48 hours before we start making the product. If we receive addresses outside of this window, agreed deliveries are not guaranteed.

Refund Policy

Due to the fresh nature of our product, all purchases are non-refundable. Should there be an incorrect or faulty item in your delivery we must be informed within 12 hrs of the product being received in order to offer replacements or refunds. Photo evidence will be required for this process. 

Daily Palette will accept date changes to box and board orders with a seven day notice subject to availability.

For grazing table orders, if your order is cancelled with at least four weeks notice before the date booked, we will issue a 50% refund. Date changes will be accommodated with two weeks notice for grazing tables if we have availability for your new date.

 If an event needs to be cancelled due to Covid-19 related issues the above still applies. We are happy to move the date or issue you a credit. 

Hired Items

A refundable deposit of $150 will be held on your credit card for all hired items. For all board and table orders that have borrowed items such as platter, bowls, utensils, cheese knives ect. must be returned to our kitchen at 417 industrial ave within 72 hours or your credit card will be charged a flat rate replacement fee of $150. We can collect the items from you for an additional collection fee of $30. If you would like this service please request upon check out.

Fresh Products

We source all of our products fresh and with the season. Due to this nature we cannot guarantee certain items to be available such as our signature passion fruit, certain dip & cheese flavours, ect.  Substitutions will be made in the case we cannot source certain items. Garnishes and florals vary greatly. 

Our regular orders come with simple florals. Pictures throughout our sight may have premium florals added to the orders- please select the add on if you would like premium florals added to your order.

Food Handling

Upon receiving our product please keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days. It is the responsibility of the customer to dispose of the food if kept unrefrigerated beyond 4 hours to comply with food safe standards. 

By agreeing to our terms and conditions the client is agreeing to dispose of any food after this set time. Daily Palette will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to our food consumed after this time. 

Dietary Restrictions & Allergies

****Our company offers products with peanuts, tree nuts, seeds, soy, dairy, eggs and gluten. While we take detailed steps to minimize the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with these allergies as our facility does process these items. 

Daily Palette will not assume any liability for adverse reactions from the food consumed or items one may come in contact with while eating any of our platters****

Please notify us of any allergy and dietary requests at checkout and we will do our best to leave that item out of your order. If you or your party have a severe allergy please beware that we cannot guarantee if a product is completely free of it. We do not recommend for people with severe food allergies to consume our products.

We reserve the right to use photos taken at events on our social media platforms unless specifically requested not to beforehand by our clients.
